We offer all of our aftercare and maintenance services on an ad hoc basis outside of a contract. With all of our services we guarantee professionalism and quality. The disadvantages of our ad hoc service is that we do not offer remote support/diagnostics, we cannot guarantee response times, attendance times or any commitment on how quickly we can fix an issue.
With REM-LOC, our own proprietary system for remote monitoring and system diagnostics, we are able to monitor and be alerted to a system fault 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
In some cases, we can catch and fix an issue before it presents itself.
In tandem with Remote Monitoring, we offer a number of different types of contracts. Our contracts are based on two commitments;
1. A schedule, the times you’d like us to be available to you.
2. The service level provided inside the chosen schedule.
Separate to, but on top of Remote Monitoring and Site Attendance Contracts, we offer blocks of time at discounted rates.
These can be added to bolster an existing contract and are most applicable to large and complex systems with multiple users.
Our core business is looking after, maintaining and servicing existing building systems. This will often start with a full system audit where we will spend some time working through the complete system from a technical and user perspective to gain a true understanding of what is working and what is not, and the remedial upgrade works required. This service is offered as a precursor to an attendance contract or as a stand-alone instruction.
Outside of scheduled and planned system health check visits (under contract) we also offer pre-emptive site visits. These visits are most useful just before an event or before a client arrives at a property. During these visits we would pick up and resolve issues which cannot be detected by remote monitoring or may have been overlooked by the onsite management team.
We are a specialist aftercare business and so do not provide or install new systems. In the interests of providing our clients with the best possible service, we do offer a small works service to cover minor upgrade requirements. Where larger works are needed, we would refer to one of our supply and installation affiliate partners.
We’ve found over the years that we can greatly reduce downtime and increase fault fix turnaround times when we work closely with building and house management teams. As such we offer dedicated system training to thoroughly explain all system features and functionality from a user perspective and how to approach troubleshooting. Our REM-EYE system can also be used to tie together staff on site with our remote support.
Falling under our ‘small works’ umbrella, we offer a range of products and services to manage remote power cycling, mains monitoring, surge/RF/EMI protection, power conditioning and clean earthing. We also offer back up power supplies in the shape of conventional rack Uninterruptible Power Supplies and also, whole property battery back ups.
